Great service and attention to detail. I arrived early in the morning and was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and efficient check-in process. The staff provided umbrellas when it started raining and quickly helped with our luggage. The room was comfortable, and the hot water pressure in the shower was great. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to town, which was convenient. I had a pleasant stay at Mvuli and would recommend it to others.
